This fruity little number is Carlo’s (Quarter Bar and Lounge Bar Manager) own take on a classic daiquiri. With sharp pineapple and sweet passion fruit, from the first sip to the last, you will be whisked away to white sand beaches, crystal clear water and cloud free skies – the perfect drink for our English Summer.
50 ml Five year aged Angostura Rum
25ml Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur
50ml Pineapple Juice
10 ml Syrup de Gomme
10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker…
Mix well…
Double strain into a chilled Martini glass…
Garnish with a large pineapple wedge on the side of the glass…
